A generously sized hot smoker. (43cm x 23cm x 8cm ). Conventional smokers have normally been to small for reservoir trout, but this 3 burner hot smoker certainly fits the bill. It will take 4-5 small mackerel or two larger fish. Complete with stand, fuel pan, cooking pan with sliding lid, drip tray and double tier grill. Packs away inside its own stand.
