Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
All orders will be sent to you by return. We endeavor to maintain sufficient stock at all times to meet with your requirements, but owing to unpredictable supply conditions we sometimes have to extend our delivery times. In this event we will advise you immediately of any such event. Any out of stock items will be kept on back order if the total value exceeds £10. Items totaling less than this will have to be re-ordered. If you want us to keep back orders for you then please inform us at time of ordering. Unfortunately back orders cannot be held for overseas orders.
For all UK post code address we use Royal Mail for all small and medium size packets, and a courier service for larger parcels. All items over £30 are sent recorded and over £100 are sent special delivery, both to be signed for. Orders to Europe and Worldwide we use Royal Mail International and is charged at cost.

All orders over £200, where no discount is offered are sent post free in UK, where a discount has been offered carriage will be charged accordingly. Normal post and packing charges. Small packets. Order Value below £29.99. p&p £2.50. Small Packets Order value over £30, p&p £3.50. Medium Size Packets £6.50 (Incl 4pce Fly Rods). 3 pce Rods, Boat Seats and Wader/Boot Sets £9.00. Orders to Europe and Worldwide we use Royal Mail International and is charged at cost. We review all carriage costs and will only charge what is reasonable.
All of our products show a delivery timescale. If items are in stock then we deliver your order right away. If items show "3 days" then please allow an extra 3 days for the product to reach you. If items show "To Be Advised" then the item is made to order and we will advise you of the timescale.
We will normally send your order to you in 1 business days. International orders are generally received in under 5 days.
You must inform us within 2 working days of receipt if the goods are damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Credit Card Security
The site uses 100% secure encryption techniques for transferring your credit card details during a transaction! We do not see any of your credit card details when you pay by credit/debit card. All your card details are processed by our Payment Service Provider and bank.
Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to be shipped, and your details are not kept in any of our systems. We keep your address details and your order details.

Our Returns Policy
Eyebrook Tackle Shop wants you to be completely happy with your purchases from us, so we are happy to make returns simple. Goods for return or exchange must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Send returns back to us at the address above, via a secure Post Office service. (Royal Mail Special Delivery service recommended or Recorded if below £28 in value). Please include the invoice (contained within the parcel you received) with the goods, a covering letter and your name and contact number, so that we know who they are from.
Upon receipt of the goods we will, send replacement goods or issue a full refund for the price of the goods returned. Our only stipulation is that they are in a saleable condition, in other words; The tags have not been removed. The garment or tackle item has not been used, worn or damaged. The item is returned in its original packaging undamaged
We will issue the refund (or send out an exchange) within 28days, or you will see the credit on your card after approximately 3 or 4 working days. We issue the credit straight away but it takes this length of time to work its way through the banking system (some building societies can take up to 10 days). Where Faulty or Damaged goods are received please contact us on 01536 772128 as soon as possible after receipt. Refund does not include your cost of the original postage and packaging or return post if the goods are not damaged or faulty. Please note that for your own security we advise that you send goods back using a service that can be tracked.
We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in the post when being returned to us. Except where the goods you return are faulty or damaged, the cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Advice we have given regarding Sizes and fitting of items is our personal opinion. We can measure items where possible and advise to the best of our ability, but the final decision is yours.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
